Mindy is a super-mom of four, a pediatric dentist with a big heart, and a passionate yogi who believes in living life to the fullest. She first discovered yoga as a way to stay strong, centered, and calm while juggling family and career—and it quickly became her favorite way to recharge and reconnect.
In 2019, she brought her dream to life by opening Root to Crown Yoga and Wellness, a bright and uplifting space where the community can flow, breathe, and fill their cups through yoga, meditation, and soulful practices.
When she’s not in the studio or her dental office, Mindy is out chasing adventure, whether it’s hiking the peaks of the White Mountains, splashing around Lake Winnipesaukee with her kids, or carving down the slopes during ski season.

Garry Simons is a gifted sound healer, certified breathwork
coach, and Usui Reiki Master Teacher. He uses his intuitive gifts
to help his clients achieve a variety of enhanced experiences
through sound, vibration, and breathwork. Garry is a retired
clinical pharmacist with forty-one years of experience working
in a hospital setting. For close to a decade now he has been
helping individuals in private and group sessions achieve their
physical, psychological, and spiritual goals through primarily the
sounds and vibrations of his crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.
More recently he has been helping people as a breathwork
coach and facilitator. This work truly is his passion. You won’t
hear him make too many claims about what is possible through
the magic of his crystal singing bowls or breathwork sessions,
but instead he emphasizes the self-healer inside all of us. He is
the facilitator and provider of a perfect environment to help
you stay healthy and heal. Each session is unique from all
others and is channeled specifically for the individual or
individuals receiving. The many benefits of vibrational sound
therapy are well documented such as reducing stress, helping
heal emotional scars and blockages, stabilize moods, and
stimulate/boost the immune system. The reduction of stress is
his primary goal since it is a known fact that ninety percent of
all diseases and illnesses are either directly or indirectly related
to stress. What Garry says is, “I spent forty-one years of my life
helping people through conventional medicine, after they
became so stressed out and sick that they ended up
hospitalized. Now, and for the rest of my life, I want to help
individuals stay relaxed, joy filled, and healthy”.
